AC Andromeda

AC Andromeda Dahlia 7001 Stellar W WH6

American Dahlia Society classifies this dahlia as

70  ST- bloom size is 3-5 inches

01 W White in color class

AC Andromeda was hybridized in 2025 by Ken Greenway.  In my garden, it tops out around 5 to 6 feet tall.  The plant growth seems to need little staking or support.  The bloom itself has this special shade of a golden creamy white hint in the center.   The petals have the stellar form with a touch a whimsical view.   I’ve found it to be a reliable bloomer even during those stubborn hot spells.

In her first show season she racked up 40 blue ribbons.  She was shown at Nationals and in Cincinnati and won blue ribbons this year.

If you are looking for a great bloomer in the heat of Kentucky she could be your girl!
